Today, the resilience of nature surprised me once more. Two years ago, we planted a little tree close to our veranda. Shortly after planting, it lost its leaves and turned brown. I thought it was dying. It was the middle of summer.
I gave it some extra nutrients and watered it every day, hoping it would start growing. The whole of last year, the little tree looked dead—no leaves, no buds, no sign of life. A few times, I considered removing it and planting something else.
Now, two years later, new buds are visible. The little tree is alive!
Consider this little tree as one of your ideas or dreams. How often do you nurture them? When do you give up? Or will you keep nourishing them until one day they start to grow, flower, and bear fruit?
