awaken your king

a solo retreat for men

what if?

You know exactly what motivates you, what your mission is and why you are here, what you legacy will be. How to nurture your relationships and connect with others with confidence. What if you always know exactly what to do? Wouldn't that be awesome?

But what if you doubt yourself, lost a sense of purpose or direction? What if you have more questions than answers? Then this retreat is something for you.

my king?

In this solo retreat for men, we'll work with 4 Jungian archetypes. The King is the ruler of your kingdom - the one who knows what is best. Sometimes the king is out of balance, acting tyrannically. Or the opposite, he is not present and does nothing. He abdicates and leaves everything to chance.

A healthy King is in close contact with the intellectual part within himself - the area of thought, planning, and strategy (The Magician). The part of him that loves, grieves, and enjoys all the good things in life (The Lover). A healthy King can give clear instructions to the part that gets things done, and protects the boundaries of the kingdom (The Warrior).

Working with these Archetypes will show you where you might be out of balance and what you can do about it.

Peter was able to support me in working with the King within and tapping into how to best access this important part of myself.

I was able to work through past trauma and find the gold within myself with the help of Peter. The work has already had a massive impact on how I see myself and my life situation.

The accommodations and hosts were incredible. Both Peter and Pingel went out of their way to support me, provide me with incredible food, and share their amazing farm, which helped settle my nervous system and do lasting work.

hit the pause button

A retreat is an excellent way to step away from everything that’s going on in your life. It’s a time to quiet down and reflect. What is holding you back?

It’s also an opportunity to discover your triggers. Why do you do the things you do? Gaining insight into your motivations allows you to pause —rather than run on autopilot— and make different decisions, leading to different outcomes.
